Hampton 1 ESS

Hampton One’s Employee Self Service module (ESS) allows 24/7 access to real-time data without leaving your school or calling the district office.  Logging into ESS grants employees access to their:

·        W-4

·        W-2 (Previous Year)

·        Payroll Checks

·        Leave Balance

·        Benefits

·        Deductions

Employees can make changes via the Internet to the following:

·        Demographic Information

·        W-4

·        Direct Deposit Information

The requested changes will immediately be routed to appropriate staff member(s) at the district office.  Once the changes are approved, the automatic interface instantly updates Harris’ Payroll/Personnel module.  Note:  Employees will still need to make updates and changes to their personal information and accounts with SC PEBA.  To update your retirement and insurance, visit https://www.peba.sc.gov/ and click “Member Access” and/or “My Benefits” under Online Services.
