Welcome to Hampton County School District One’s website.

Thank you for your interest in our school district.

I hope you take the time to visit each of our schools’ homepages:
Ben Hazel Primary School, Brunson Elementary School, Fennell Elementary School, Hampton Elementary School, Varnville Elementary School, North District Middle School, and Wade Hampton High School.

Many of our teachers now have their own home pages.  If your child attends a school in Hampton One, ask his/her teacher for their homepage address.

In Hampton County School District One, we are committed to excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts.  Our first priority is our students and providing each and every child under our care with a world-class education in a caring and supportive environment.  I am honored to be associated with such a fine school district.  We are fortunate to have a dedicated Board of Trustees who is committed to providing the quality leadership necessary for our district to grow and for our students to achieve.

In Hampton County School District One we realize that it takes everyone: students, parents, teachers, cafeteria staff, bus drivers, custodial staff, secretarial staff, support staff, administrators, community, and Board members to reach every child and to truly make a difference in the lives of our students.

Again, on behalf of the Hampton County School District One family, welcome to our district and our community of learners.  Please do not hesitate to give me a call if I can ever be of service to you or your family.
