Hampton District One provides quality services to students, parents and teachers.  A primary objective is to provide appropriate education services to students who display disabilities as defined under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Students ages 3-21 are eligible for inclusion in special education programs if they meet guidelines established by the state and federal governments.
