 The Hampton School District One Board of Trustees will host a recognition and drop-in for Dr. Terry O’Neal Pruitt on Sunday, May 18, 2008. Dr. Pruitt will be honored for his thirteen years of service to Hampton School District One. The recognition and drop-in will be held from 3:00 until 5:00 pm at the Wade Hampton High School cafeteria. The public is cordially invited to attend.
February 7, 2008 Board Statement Regarding Resignation of Superintendent
The Hampton School District One Board of Trustees accepts the resignation of Hampton School District One Superintendent Dr. Terry O. Pruitt effective June 30, 2008 in order to accept the position of Associate Superintendent for School Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction in Spartanburg School District Seven. Dr. Pruitt has faithfully served as our superintendent for 5 years and during that time he has distinguished himself and the district by implementing innovative and effective programs in all schools throughout the district.
