PURPOSE:
 
The Hampton District One Education Foundation exists to be able to provide for and meet the needs of Prek-12th Grade students who are enrolled in Hampton School District One.
Examples of needs students may have include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Clothing and/or school uniforms in case of fire within the home,
  • Food in case the student becomes homeless,
  • Emergency situation involving medication should the child not be able to afford prescriptions, or
  • Funds to participate in a special event being held at the school level or within the district.
 
 
 
DONATIONS:
 
Your donations can be made in honor or memory of a special person, friend or loved one; for a special occasion in someone's life; or another reason you may have in mind.
Hampton District One appreciates donations of any amount, and all donations to the foundation are tax deductible.
 
Any person wishing to make a tax deductible donation can make a check payable to “North District School 1" with "Education Foundation" in the memo. You may send it through district mail, or mail it to 372 Pine Street East, Varnville, SC 29944 to the attention of Mrs. Eleanor Murray or Mrs. Shenna Solomon.
 
PAYROLL DEDUCTION
You may also choose payroll deduction. The payroll deduction form is attached. Please send payroll deduction forms to the Central Office to the attention of Mrs. Jasmine Buckner
 
REQUESTS FOR FUNDING
 
If you are aware of an apparent need involving a student, please see your school level administrator or guidance counselor to submit a Request for Funding. Forms should be sent directly to Jack Hutto or Dr. Ronald Wilcox.
